HDPE 110mm-315mm PE pipe extruder is mainly used for water and gas supply pipelines. This production line can produce HDPE pipes with a diameter of 110mm/125mm/160mm/200mm/250/315mm, and is also suitable for producing pipes with different pressure degrees of SDR9-SDR26. The production line consists of JWS75/38 single screw extruder, die head, calibration tank, water tank, cooling tank, traction device, cutter and stacker crane. In order to produce larger capacity and more efficient pipelines, we also recommend that our customers equip themselves with gravity systems. After years of development, we have made some modifications to the main extruder, die head, calibration tank, and cutting machine to create better customer satisfaction.
