SJ-75/33 Single Screw Extruder  

This ABA Three Layer Co Extrusion HDPE Pipe Machine Extruder is designed specially for processing PP/HDPE Granules, either Virgin Granules or recycled scraps. The Extruder is installed with 45kw driving motor, based on different pipe size, and thickness.

Our Screw is specially deep grooved design as per HDPE-80/100 chemical characteristics. It has the advantages of higher tenacity, higher impact, and good bending performance, higher temperature resistance. etc.

Vacuum & Spraying Cooling Water Tank

The Vacuum Cooling Water Tank is Two-Chamber independent design, which total length is 6000mm, with first section turbo design. it can quickly cooling down the temperature, and shape the pipe. The second section is 4m long, it can strength the cooling effect, shorten cooling time.    

The Spraying Cooling Water Tank is 6m long.

The spraying tank is installed with a 3kw driving motor for water spraying inside the tank.

2-Claws Traction Machine

The ABA Three Layer Co Extrusion HDPE Pipe Machine traction machine design is 3-crawler type, or it can be two-caterpillar type.

It uses variable - frequency speed regulation to pull the pipe at a constant speed.

The speed adjustment range is wide, which can ensure the stability of the

production process and the straightness of the pipe.  

NON-CHIP Cutting Machine

The ABA Three Layer Co Extrusion HDPE Pipe Machine automatic chipless cutting machine uses a hydraulic feeding system

to cut the pipe according to the set length. The cutting end finish is neat and smooth,

without noise, dust pollution, or material waste.
