This production line can produce in the HDPE pipe with diameter of 110mm/125mm/160mm/200mm/250/315mm, 110-315mm HDPE Pipe Extrusion Production Line,and also can be suitable for producing different pressure degree pipes ranged from SDR9-SDR26.

Product Description

This production line is consist of JWS75/38 single screw extruder, die-head, calibration tank, water tank, cooling tank, haul-off unit, cutter and stacker.110-315mm HDPE Pipe Extrusion Production Line, In order to produce larger capacity, higher efficiency pipes, we also suggest our customers to equip the Gravimetric systems. After all these years development, we have made some modification for the main extruder, die head, calibration tank and cutter to create a better customer satisfaction.



Extruder:

HDPE Diameter of 110mm - 315mm PE Pipe Extruder. Equipped with  75/38 extruder with Siemens PLC control system and energy saving heating system. The motor can be ranged from 132kw-160kw ( 132kw, 160kw). The capacity is also ranged from 550-650kg per hour. We also provide two different gearbox for customers to make option. One is made in China best quality brand Guomao; another is Flender, made in Germany.



Mold/Dies:

comrise make the pipe molds by herself. For HDPE pipes, with special material mold 40Cr. Beside, we can also provide a complete spare parts service for mold including die pin, die bush, and calibration die. We also provide high quality and high speed calibration dies to meet different customer’s requirement.



Calibration tank:

designs high performance and energy calibration tank for customers. This calibration tank is 9 meter to make sure the pipes can be enough cooling and calibration. It can also be equipped with Frequency invertor to make energy saving, and low noise while the pump’s running. For Large diameter pipes extrusion line (630 and up), the calibration tank will be designed as two parts to make sure it has a better calibration effect.


Cooling tank:

The water mouth is specially designed inside the water tank. And the water can be spray on the pipes with 360 degree direction. The water mouth can also be adjustable to meet customer’s requirement. For high speed pipe extrusion line, we usually equipped 3 sets of water tanks.



Haul-off unit:

For 250-315 HDPE pipes, Jwell design three caterpillar haul-off unit. Under the control of frequency invertor or servo motor control system, this haul-off unit can be synchronized with the main extruder to make sure this whole production line working smoothly.



Cutter:

design no-dust cutting system for this machine. Equipped with frequency invertor or servo motor system, the cutter can cut the pipes precisely. The cutting edge is also very smooth.
