The 40-110mm double wall corrugated pipe production line is about to be tested

The double wall corrugated pipe manufacturing machine is a hot selling product of our company. It is made of polyethylene/polypropylene particles as raw materials. The diameter of the finished pipes ranges from 40mm to 110mm, and the produced pipes have good ripple shapes, consistent seams, and smooth inner and outer surfaces. The production line speed is approximately 2-4m/min (depending on the specific pipe diameter)

1. The COMRIS 6-slot twin-screw die head is endowed with low resistance, high compression, stable discharge rate, fast heat conduction, and water cooling system.

2. The cooling system circuit on the inner side of the mouth mold tube wall adopts a professional insulation device for insulation, ensuring a constant and uniform temperature of the inner wall flow channel, improving the stability of the inner wall forming, and making the inner wall smoother.

3. Most importantly, COMRISE's die design allows our customers to avoid adjusting the inner wall thickness. For the old design, pipes of different sizes sharing a mold head must adjust the inner wall thickness, which makes the operation complex and difficult.

The water-cooled vacuum forming machine makes the produced corrugated pipes smoother and more aesthetically pleasing. We provide 52 pairs of block shaped modules with nitriding and polishing treatments to make them durable. If purchased now, 2 pairs of spare molds will be provided for each set of molds of different sizes.
