Aluminum tube forming mold, specializing in the production of large-diameter pipes. Through the overall optimization design of the waveform structure, it can achieve a perfect combination of high ring stiffness and low ring stiffness. The molding machine adopts a powerful water-cooled and air-cooled corrugated molding system, which can ensure high production speed during continuous production.

The molding machine adopts a closed molding module chain, a closed design, and precise matching of modules and mold frames, making each pair of molding modules interchangeable, vacuum forming, and water cooling. The mold frame is made of high-quality alloy and undergoes quenching and nitriding treatment. The mold frame and module are precisely positioned through dovetail grooves, mechanically locked, and easy to change specifications. The sliding part on the workbench is made of 40Cr, and the surface is strengthened by ion nitriding process, so it has a long service life.
