When the base belt is wound to the preset number of layers, the hydraulic pressure roller array imposes forced deformation on the pipe wall, causing the surface material to sink into the bottom of the inner corrugated valley to form a closed chamber. The cavity structure is finalized as a mechanical reinforcement unit in subsequent cooling.


The partitioned spray system of HDPE hollow wall winding pipe machine achieves gradient cooling. The outer surface of the water pipe is first quenched with atomized water to form a hardened shell, and the internal heat is slowly discharged through the core mold circulating water cooling. This process helps to eliminate residual thermal stress and avoid circumferential shrinkage and deformation of the pipe.
