Component a. Single screw extruder:

Adopting efficient single screw, specially designed for PP and PE granular materials, ensuring uniform plasticization and high extrusion rate. A stable temperature control system can ensure high-quality pipe extrusion.

b. Pipe extrusion mold:

The spiral die head will ensure high-speed extrusion, avoid thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics, and obtain high-quality pipes. There is a heating control system inside the mold, which is efficient and easy to extrude. Bronze calibrators can enable rapid calibration and cooling of pipelines.

c. Vacuum cooling tank and spray cooling tank:

The rapid vacuum calibration system allows for the cooling of hot extruded tubes and obtaining the final diameter in a very short amount of time. The automatic temperature control system, pressure regulator, and vacuum control valve greatly improve pipeline size, cooling performance, and production speed.

d. Traction machine:

Adopting track type, including two claw, three claw, four claw, six claw, eight claw, ten claw, twelve claw, etc., suitable for pipes of different sizes. The traction track block is made of wear-resistant rubber material, which can generate high and stable traction speed.

e. Cutting machine:

Precision machine cutting machines can cut pipes flat and straight at high speed. The powerful suction device can collect the waste after cutting, making it easier for users to clean the cutting machine.

6. Pipe stacking machine or pipe rolling machine

Automatic pipe stacking machine for packaging pipes, used for rolling small PE pipes such as 16-40, 16-75mm, 50-110mm, etc.
