4. Nitrogen treatment on the surface of the mold. There is a wall thickness adjustment device in the mouth mold, which can produce pipes of different raw materials.

6. The production line adopts advanced Siemens PLC control system, with human-machine interface operating system, high degree of automation, and easy operation.
Extruder: Adopting a conical twin-screw extruder, the uniquely designed screw achieves short plasticizing time, good compounding, and excellent plasticization.
Transmission: Equipped with high-quality gearboxes and reducers, it has a beautiful appearance, smooth operation, low noise, and long service life.
Squeezing cylinder temperature control system: using stainless steel cover cast aluminum heater and air cooling system to ensure good cooling and heating functions, precise temperature control.
Screw and barrel: The screw core is equipped with an internal temperature control system, and the barrel is equipped with a vacuum degassing system to remove exhaust gases from the raw materials, ensuring high product quality.
Drive system: using A C motor, using Fuji or ABB frequency converter, can provide stable torque output and various speeds.
Vacuum calibration tank: It has two vacuum chambers to ensure the perfect roundness of the pipeline. It is cooled by water spray and equipped with a temperature controller to achieve automatic water discharge. The tank body is made of stainless steel and has a long service life.
Towing machine: Provides 2 laws, 3 claws, 4 claws, 6 claws, and 8 claws to manufacture various pipelines, with towing speed controlled by FUJI or ABB inverters.
Cutting units: saw cutting and planetary saw cutting, with dust collection system.
Stacking unit: automatic overturning system, can freely fix the length of the pipeline.
Control system: manual control cabinet or Siemens PLC touch screen control
