High speed single wall corrugated pipe production line

Our company has carefully developed the COMRISE series plastic single-walled corrugated pipe production line. Through gear driven modules, the water is cooled in the water tank of the molding machine, and the product is air-cooled, resulting in fast molding speed, uniform corrugated shape, and smooth inner and outer walls of the produced corrugated pipes.

The production speed is 30 meters per minute.


1. This corrugated pipe extrusion production line is used to produce PVC, PP, EVA, and PE single wall corrugated pipes.

2. Forming molds can continuously produce pipes, maintaining smoothness inside and outside, and even wrinkling.

3. The product is used for (1) wire and cable conduit protection pipes, washer drainage pipes, dust collector pipes, ventilation pipes, etc. with a diameter of 4-6.9mm

Small corrugated tubes for automotive wires are in short supply in China.


1. SJ65/33 single screw extruder

Control system: Siemens screen touch control or RKC or Omron meter control.


2. Mold

M old materials: 40Cr

Mold quantity: 52 pairs, 64 pairs, 72 pairs, or customized

A mold can be customized with single, double, or three cavities, and changing the size only requires moving the molding machine up and down. No need to uninstall and reinstall. So it will save more than two hours.

The mold can engrave customer logos in the mold instead of inkjet printers.
